ESTRA

Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 September 2026

This site collects one thing: an email address, and only if you type it into the waitlist form yourself.

There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no social media buttons, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, so loading a page here does not tell any other company that you visited.

Who is responsible for your information

ESTRA is operated by Andrew Tessier, trading as a sole proprietor. There is no company; the person responsible is me, personally.

What is collected, and why

InformationWhenWhyKept for
Your email addressOnly if you submit the waitlist formTo email you when ESTRA is available to buyUntil you ask me to remove it, or 12 months after launch, whichever is first
The date you signed upWith the formSo I can tell you how long you have been waiting, and contact earlier signups firstSame as above
IP address, browser type, page requested, timestampAutomatically, on every visitStandard web server logs kept by the hosting provider for security and abuse prevention. I do not read these routinely and do not connect them to your email address.Controlled by the host, typically about 30 days
A one-way hash of your IP addressOnly when you submit the waitlist formTo stop one person submitting hundreds of addresses. The raw IP is never stored, the hash cannot be reversed back to an address, and it is not linked to your email. One hour, then deleted automatically

That is the complete list. No name, no phone number, no address, no payment details, no trading account information, no information about the alerts you set. If a future version of this site asks for more, this page will say so before it does.

Who else can see it

Two companies process data on my behalf, because the site runs on their infrastructure:

Neither is permitted to use your information for their own purposes. Beyond those two, your email address is not shared with anyone.

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. There is no scenario in which that changes without this page changing first and you being told.

The one exception nobody can contract around: if I am legally required to disclose information by a valid court order or similar legal process, I will comply.

Emails you will get

Joining the waitlist means you will get an email when ESTRA is available to order, and possibly one or two updates before that if something significant changes. It does not mean a newsletter. Every email will have a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes your address rather than just flagging it.

Removing yourself

Email estrainquiries@gmail.com and ask. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to have a reason. I will delete your address and confirm it, normally within a few days and at most within 30.

You can also ask what is stored about you, or ask me to correct it. Same address, same timeline.

Where you live

ESTRA is sold and shipped in the United States only, and this site is aimed at people in the US.

California. The CCPA and CPRA apply to businesses above certain thresholds — broadly, $25 million in annual revenue, or personal information from 100,000 or more Californians, or earning half of revenue from selling personal information. This business meets none of them, so those laws do not currently apply. The rights they grant — knowing what is held, deleting it, not having it sold — are things you can ask for here regardless, because they are reasonable.

Europe and the UK. I am not targeting the EU or UK and do not ship there. If you sign up from there anyway, the basis for holding your email is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by asking me to delete it.

Children

This site is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted their email address, tell me and I will delete it.

Keeping it safe

The site runs over HTTPS, and the waitlist is stored with a reputable provider behind access credentials. That is a reasonable standard for a list of email addresses, and it is what I have. I am not going to claim it is unbreakable, because no one can honestly claim that. If there is ever a breach affecting your information, I will tell you and I will not wait to be forced to.

Changes to this policy

If this changes, the date at the top changes and the change is described here. If a change means collecting something new, or using what I have differently, I will email the waitlist rather than quietly editing the page.
